Easy & Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose your preferred return method (courier pickup or drop-off).
- Pack the item securely and include the invoice.
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the amount will be reissued as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? You can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
